• We ship to the address within Hong Kong including most of the commercial areas, industrial areas and residential areas. (Not including PO.Box address and some restricted areas)

• Please allow up to 3-7 business days for shipping (express shipping is not available at the moment).

• Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.

Our international delivery service is only applicable to following countries and regions at the moment. Please note the delivery charges are subject to change without notice due to the variable standard of measuring weight seasonally. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for shipping

Returns and Exchanges

• Ordered items could be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. 

 

• Please contact us by emailing giordanoladies@giordano.com if you would like to return or exchange the ordered item(s). We would not accept a request for return or exchange if the item(s) is returned to us without prior notice.

 

** Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
