  • free international shipping on any orders over HK$1,500. (only applicable to Japan, South Korea, Australia New Zealand, Europe, US and Canada, The United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, except Russia)

FREE Local Delivery – Hong Kong and Macao only
 

  • We ship to the address within Hong Kong including most of the commercial areas, industrial areas and residential areas. (Not including PO. Box address and some restricted areas)

  • Please allow up to 7-14 business days for shipping (express shipping is not available at the moment).

  • Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. 

 

International Delivery – designated countries and regions only.
 

Our international delivery service is only applicable to the following countries and regions at the moment. Please note the delivery charges are subject to change without notice due to the variable standard of measuring weight seasonally.
 

The delivery cost will be calculated automatically on the final payment page.

If you have any questions or concerns before placing the order, please contact your local customs office. For any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, we are not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges - Hong Kong

  • Ordered items could be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. (Merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the return and exchange policy. All discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.) 

  • Please contact us by emailing giordanoladies@giordano.com if you would like to return or exchange the ordered item(s). We would not accept a request for return or exchange if the item(s) is returned to us without prior notice.
     

Step 1:

Step 2:

Please return your parcel together with invoice within 7 days of submitting your exchange request.

(Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. )

 

Step 3:

Return your parcel to following address via SF Express Drop Off, and select “Pay by Receiver”

(We recommend you get a proof of postage receipt, just in case the parcel goes missing on the way back to us.)

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition.
