How to exchange/ refund?

Once submitted your order exchange/ refund request in Hong Kong, please follow the below steps for the exchange process:

Step 1:

Please return your parcel together with invoice within 7 days of submitting your exchange request.

(Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. )

Step 2:

Return your parcel to following address via SF Express Drop Off, and select “Pay by Receiver”

(We recommend you get proof of postage, just in case the parcel goes missing on the way back to us.)

Step 3:

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition.
